@work friends shared an El Salvadorean treat, fresh oranges with ground pumpkin seed. I thot it was sugar on them , like we sprinkle brown sugar on grapefruit, but was pleasantly surprised. TY for people who share their specialities.
Yummy-looking banana loaf and sweet, cuddly blanket! Just found your blog thru B. Meandering’s blog list.
I pray that your Marine returns home safely and that God’s presence is very near him and you! My husband is a former Marine, and a son was a Marine for 11 years. He continues to serve our country in the Navy! So my heart is with all military families.
My baby brother’s hardy laugh as he hides under the cover waiting for me to find him.
Getting home from the teacher’s meeting this evening tired and weary wanting to find my comfy bed.
I looked up my younger brother Aaron who is much taller than I as he says…”Look what dad brought home for you on his lunch break.” It was my fave Snapple peach ice tea. That made my heart grin!! :)
Double win! That 1st picture- I could eat!
The 2nd one- I could snuggle up in!
*Smiles from random people
*A new house cleaning job today
*The ability to help a friend out
*Pleasant breezes and weather
*A surprise email
*Happiness for a friend and her husband’s success and also getting to chat with that friend. (And yes, you know this friend, Ash!:)
*Good conversations
