The Boots touch snow, Yesterday Morning
From my homeland to his homeland. One place we love to the other.
We’re here. And happy.

So happy that you have made it there and well! Every time we move there is just that wonderful, “we’re HERE!” feeling. Hope you can get settled in quickly and enjoy your time before John leaves. Well, I think he didn’t leave yet. :o) Anyways, I’m praying for you, especially that everyone will adjust easily to all of the changes!

Enjoy the snow! I live in Maine and I love it, I bet the boys will like it as well.

Welcome to the snow! I know it’s different than the beach, but I pray it will also remind you, in its own unique way, of God’s grace and creative love.

I was born surrounded by palm trees and am now surrounded by pine: both beautiful, but so very, very different. I pray your sojourn in the mountains is a blessed one…

I’ve been thinking of you… praying all is well and that the transition is full of peace and joy.

GORGEOUS pictures. If you’ve got to be in snow… mountainy Colorado is the way to do it. Yum.
Thinking of you often, praying for you, your Marine and your boys. Wishing I had a reason to head to Colorado sometime soon and visit y’all.
:)

Welcome to Colorado!! The beauty of CO is definitely different than SoCal [I know, as that's where my family moved from when we moved to CO...] but you will learn to appreciate it’s own special beauty over time. ;-) The grandeur of the mountains, crisp fresh air, gorgeous fresh water lakes that are incredibly deep blue and great hiking in the summer. . . it’s pretty fabulous. :-)
